职位介绍: Cost Control & Product Costing 1. Conduct cost accounting and analysis covering raw materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead, and subcontracting; 2. Maintain product costing models to support pricing decisions, gross margin analysis, and profitability assessments; 3. Analyze variances between actual and standard costs (volume, price, efficiency, capacity utilization), and provide cost optimization recommendations; 4. Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to drive manufacturing cost-saving initiatives and track outcomes. Business Performance Analysis & Template Setup 1. Conduct comprehensive business performance analysis covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with deep dives into revenue, cost, gross margin, operating expenses, and net profit drivers; 2. Standardize financial analysis templates covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business metrics; 3. Standardize templates and processes for rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning to improve budgeting efficiency and accuracy; 4. Drive optimization of analytical tools (Excel, BI tools, ERP systems) to enhance data automation and analytical efficiency. Management Controlling & Decision Support 1. Maintain cost centers, profit centers, and responsibility accounting frameworks to fulfill management controlling functions; 2. Participate in key operational decisions (product pricing, capital expenditure evaluation), providing financial analysis and cost impact assessments; 3. Define KPI systems for cost and profitability (unit cost, gross margin, contribution margin, capacity utilization, etc.), monitor and flag deviations; 4. Deliver regular management reports to the New Zealand management team and Chinese shareholders, providing clear visibility into business performance, profitability trends, and cost structure. System Optimization & Capability Enhancement 1. Continuously improve cost analysis templates, management reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and data granularity; 2. Support the New Zealand local team in strengthening cost management capabilities and embedding a culture of detailed analysis and accountability; 3. For high-performing candidates with interest, the company supports future relocation to New Zealand headquarters. People Qualifications Education 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are preferred Experience 3. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or related functions; experience in multinational or cross-border reporting environments is preferred 4. Solid experience in balance sheet analysis, with end-to-end exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting 5. Experience in building financial analysis templates or driving finance process improvements is a plus Language and Communication 1. Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate independently with the New Zealand management team and Chinese shareholders 2. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of coordinating with diverse stakeholders
