职位介绍: Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day business transactions including booking of loans, deposits, foreign exchange, basic sanction screening of transaction clearance. Support resolution of settlement issues and complex customer service under the guidance of senior team members; Assist in root causes analysis of recurring customer service issues and draft preliminary process improvement recommendations; Participate in inter-departmental collaboration to share operational challenges and follow agreed workflows; Ensure high data quality by assigned data clean-ups and validation exercises. Maintain static data including customer information updates, RMA establishment and hold code management. Assist to facilitate change of signing mandate, special handling, and preferential pricing treatment. Assist in evaluating customer requests by providing historical data for risk assessments; Liaise with internal departments on new workflow, reporting and administrative function; Support the team on special projects and implementation of department initiative as appropriate. Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge in corporate banking products and services such as interest rate, loans and deposit, foreign exchange, trade finance, remittance and relevant documentation; Other qualities sought include problem solving, interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and under time pressure, multitasking while maintaining attention to details and high accuracy; ability to analyze and interpret data; Challenge the status quo and adaptability to change, balance with strong team spirit and strict compliance culture; Experience in customer service especially in handling large corporates and multinational companies; running data and MI initiatives within a complex organizational structure an added advantage; Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. 3 years in corporate banking business.
