职位介绍
1. HR Operations & Compliance • Support all daily HR operations in China, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, social insurance, housing fund, and employee relations. • Ensure full compliance with Chinese labor laws and regulations on employment contracts, labor relations, and statutory contributions. • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with both Group standards and local regulatory requirements. 2. Talent Acquisition & Development • Work closely with China CEO and department heads to assess manpower needs and lead the end-to-end recruitment process. Reduce external recruitment agency fees. • Build and maintain talent pipelines through universities and industry networks to attract high-quality professionals in chemical, materials, and technical fields. • Identify training needs and implement programs for talent development and capability enhancement. 3. Performance & Compensation Management • Organize and implement the annual performance review and compensation adjustment cycle, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness. • Conduct salary benchmarking and optimizing compensation structures and incentive schemes. • Support the Regional HR Head in designing strategies for retaining and motivating key talent. 4. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture • Foster a positive, open, and performance-driven workplace culture. • Act as the main point of contact for employee communications and manage employee relations and labor disputes. • Organize staff engagement activities and communication meetings to enhance morale and team cohesion. 5. Strategic HR Partnership • Provide HR planning, organizational design, and cost management advice to the China CEO and the Asia CFO. • Collaborate with the Asia Senior HR Manager in Hong Kong to implement regional HR initiatives and projects. • Support expatriate management and cross-border personnel coordination. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; prior experience in chemical, materials, or automotive manufacturing industries preferred. • Strong knowledge of China labor laws and the ability to independently manage labor relations and compliance matters. • Experience in HR management within manufacturing or R&D environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Mandarin with strong written and spoken English. • Proactive, pragmatic, and efficient, capable of driving initiatives independently in a fast-growing organization.
