Supply control and inventory management About the job: ● Execute administrative work with SOP as a base ● Be active in problem resolution ● Always consider waste elimination ● Engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and immediately call for TL/TM/UM in case of problems/risks More detailed description of tasks are described for the different Team Member roles in the Role Area Matrix – Supply Chain. Daily work: ● Prepare indicator data before SB performance meeting, do problem solution when needed. ● Order confirmation PO ● Send purchase order to supplier ● Purchase order maintenance(delivery time; cancellation,etc) ● Match purchase order with delivered quality, quantity, indicated price) ● Late order management ● Items basic information maintenance Weekly work: ● Verify and edit purchase order proposal Monthly work ● Inventory availability report review and optimazation (Forecast VS Actual, Supplier DOT, Inventory Analysis) ● Inventory data collection (supplier DOT) after Jvs closing every end of month. ● Adjust forecast and send to supplier ● Invoice Check and payment application for responsible suppliers Quarterly work: ● Break down unit level forecast into item level and update Jeeves data ● Maintain inventory control data( classification, forecast,MOQ, safety stock,etc) Yearly work: ● Supplier evaluation ● Slow moving items control ● Material process planning SOP review When required: ● Develop and optimize SOP ● Control of phase in and phase out ● manual purchased order release for production material and follow up. ● Implement ISO14001 Environment Management System: Dangerous material and waste protection and assorting within work area ● claims handling if assigned as a claim investigation person ● Other tasks assigned by unit. Manager ● NCR follow up ● DN and follow up ● Provide non-conformity return receipt to supplier What you know: Competencies/ profile能力要求: Be cooperative Be communicative Be flexible Be engaged in problem solving & improvement Have a positive attitude Have a responsible attitude Qualification (Education/Certification/Working experience) 资格(教育/认证/工作经验): Technical education or equivalent knowledge At least 2 years of experience from relevant area in a foreign invested production/manufacturing company fair English both in written and spoken fair knowledge on stock control and statistics
