职位介绍: 合同制，有转正机会上海淞虹路地铁站早中晚有多部接驳车，另有多条班车线路 Working Scope Contract Reviews Draft and review various contracts in COE across platforms, including but not limited to NDA, Service Agreement, Sponsorship Agreement, Demo Agreement, Authorization Letter, etc. Manage contracts in the contract system. Provide legal advice on contract‑related matters across platforms; coordinate with legal team and business team on comments arising from reviews. Maintain and optimize contract review processes, and provide trainings to associates as necessary. Marketing Material Review Conduct marketing material review by following related guidance provided by the legal team. Provide advice and respond to questions and comments raised by platform/OpCo marketing teams regarding the marketing material review process, helping to reach consensus. Update detailed marketing material review guidance on a regular basis. Arrange trainings for business teams on marketing materials. Follow up with changes in law and issue recommendations to ensure compliance. Corporate Governance Assist PwC and other approved external service providers to complete governance tasks, including but not limited to reviewing resolutions, making changes of company name, business scope extension, shareholder and board member changes, etc. Work with related stakeholders on corporate governance matters across platforms. Monitor and ensure execution of corporate governance documents. Channel Partner Tool Kit (CPTK) Be familiar with CPTK process. Assist team leader and coordinate with paralegal on CPTK‑related projects as necessary, such as desk reviews, onsite visits, audits, etc. Others Provide direct support to COE team leader as needed for daily work and as requested by COE team leader. Coordinate COE projects under the direction of the COE team leader.
