- Key Tasks： 1. To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in Power industry, understand the customer needs and provide solutions. 2. Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager. 3. Plan and execute high level customer meetings which strongly build up the relationship and motivate the customer. 4. To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel. 5. Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer. 6. Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance. Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job Knowledge: ● 5+ years sales or application, technical support experience in power industries; ● Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, thermos, process control etc. Skills: ● Workable written and spoken English; ● Good interpersonal communication . ● Cross-cultural awareness. ● Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability; Attitude: ● Maintain a stable performance under pressure.. ● Customer-orientation and effective communication. ● Willing to travel;
