- Position Summary: This e-Commerce Assistant Manager, Commercial Development, will be responsible for CK e-Commerce growth in China, through implement and maintain unified digital business metrics methodic across multi-online channels This role will with Senior Manager, Commercial Development on developing new sales opportunities and innovative projects in China to accelerate business size and enlarge business share This position will also work closely with internal & external team such as Marketing Team/Merchandise Team/Finance Team/ISV/TP/DP to make sure offering best online shopping insights for strategic thinking. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job: This role is to serves as the Assistant Manager, Commercial Development for China e-Commerce related key projects and process: 1. Drive Ecom business performance by leveraging data to identify areas for improvement / new opportunities. 2. Lead ISV data analysis suppliers to solve various complexity business questions by providing analysis on different business topics, using of backend tool, and leveraging Tmall Strategy Center & databank. 3. Work with Ecom operation team, Merch team and TP on the hero product building & category attack project through the year. Proactively approach EC operation team monthly to understand the pain point, come up with solution and drive it into action. 4. Build understanding of competition environment on industry, products and shopping behavior by leveraging data and industry insights. 5. Lead innovative projects (TMIC/A4A) and other projects (SAP, CRM, Omni Channel, etc.) being assigned. 6. Work with Brand protection team for fighting against the IP infringement. 7. Be responsible for e-Commerce routine process follow-up and optimization (legal contract/approval, etc.) Qualifications & Experience Experience: Broad knowledge & skills - typically 5-8 Years of related experience Education: Bachelor Degree Required Knowledge/Skills Required 1. Strong data analytical skills with sharp business acumen and strategic thinking 2. Strong project management and logical thinking capability 3. Quick learner with interest in Ecom business 4. Open minded and has curiosity on market trend and data mining 5. Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities 6. Familiar with retail / fashion industry and trends 7. Self-motivated Experience: 1. Minimum 5 years’ FP&A/Consulting Firm or e-Commerce BA/PM experience, Fashion and Luxury industry is preferred 2. In-depth understanding of ecommerce game rules especially in marketplace environment 3. Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple tasks Skills: 1. Strong Analytical and project management skills 2. Excellent in PPT and excel 3. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
