Provide general secretarial administrative support to LT, include LT calendar management, email checking on daily basis & summarize priorities for act/alert if required, business travel booking (visa, flight, hotel, transportation etc.) & organization, payments & expenses management, etc. 2. Coordinate team internal (meeting minutes, consolidation, presentation etc.) meetings and implement team events/activities and communications. 3. Coordinate the function team’s external and global visit, and logistics as needed. 4. Legal assistance for company seal and business license change/update application, filing the hard-copy documents. 5. Documents execution for directors and officers. 6. DR coordinator for all CMs. 7. Managing office supplies inventory, placing procurement orders, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment 8. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administrative work, such as preparing welcome kits, updating employee information records and we-chat group management. 9. Other administration support when applicable. REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent administrative work experience is also acceptable. 2. Experience: 1-3 years’ related experience in Admin 3. Knowledge, technical/professional skills:  Excellent verbal and written in both English and Chinese, strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.  Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic office automation tools.  Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-pasted work environment.  Proactive work attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of the team.  Basic knowledge of office procurement, expense reimbursement and administrative processes is an advantage.
