Position Overview: You will play an important role at Reckitt because… We are recruiting a Laboratory Engineer to manage lab activities related to on going stability program, supplier testing, retention sample and document management. Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for … • Work with EMO team, arrange and conduct testing, measurement for purposes of validation, calibration, verification or investigation in appropriate stage of NPD/EPD. • Make sure relevant testing for device and wipes comply with appropriate test method or standards. • Test report according to data integrity procedure, and monthly data trend analysis. • Maintain the lab 5S, equipment and disciplines according to SOP. • Other lab activities e.g. safety, corporate audit, self-inspection…etc. • Retaining Sample Management and Complaint handle. • Support Quality System Management. Your experience & skills: You will succeed because you have experience of ... • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in science or technology. • Experience: 3+ years’ experience in lab or similar org. • Proactive attitude and self-driven. • Open-minded character, willing to learn. • Good written and spoken English. • Data analysis and SPC skill is preferred. • Knowledge of ISO 17025, MSA and QC 7 Tools is a plus.
