职位介绍: 职责描述： Key Responsibilities Data Governance & Accountability Framework: • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including clear data ownership and stewardship models, decision rights, and escalation paths. • Define accountability standards: for each critical data element, identify who creates it, who maintains it, who approves changes, and who is responsible for its quality. • Driving cross-functional alignment on data definitions, standards, and accountability. • Establish and enforce SOPs for the entire related master data lifecycle: creation, modification, deactivation, and archival—ensuring every change is traceable and approved. Data Architecture & Modeling: • Design, implement, and maintain the financial data model, including key master data entities (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Customer/Product hierarchies ,etc.). • Define data structures, relationships, and business rules to support reporting, analytics, and planning requirements. • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability in the data warehouse. Data Quality Management & Cleansing: • Define data quality metrics and implement ongoing monitoring processes to measure and track data health. • Lead proactive data profiling, cleansing, and remediation initiatives to continuously improve data accuracy and completeness. • Establish regular data quality review cycles with business and IT partners to identify and address root causes at the source—not just fix symptoms. • Manage data issue resolution workflows: when quality issues arise, ensure they are logged, assigned, tracked, and resolved with clear accountability. Data Lineage & Metadata Management: • Establish and maintain data lineage documentation, tracing data from source systems to final reports. • Manage business metadata, including data definitions, calculation logic, and business glossaries. • Ensure transparency and traceability of all critical data elements used in financial reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Serve as the subject matter expert on financial data, providing guidance to project teams, business users, and IT. • Partner with Business Analysts to ensure that business requirements translate into robust, governed data solutions. • Support audit and compliance activities by providing data lineage, controls documentation, and evidence of data quality. 任职要求： Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data architecture roles, with significant exposure to financial data. Experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills: • Deep understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema) and best practices. • Strong proficiency in SQL for data profiling, analysis, and quality monitoring. • Experience with data governance tools is a strong plus. • Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Alicloud) and ETL/ELT processes. • Understanding of master data management (MDM) concepts and tools. • Proficiency in data lineage and metadata management tools. • Knowledge of financial systems (ERP) and their underlying data structures. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach. • Ability to diagnose complex data issues, trace them to root causes, and drive sustainable solutions. • Strategic thinking—able to balance immediate project needs with long-term governance objectives. • Passion for data quality and a commitment to "getting it right." Communication & Interpersonal Skills: • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent facilitation skills for leading governance meetings and workshops. • Ability to build consensus and drive adoption of data standards across diverse stakeholder groups. • Collaborative mindset, with a focus on enabling rather than policing. Business & Finance Acumen: • Solid understanding of financial data and processes (P&L, balance sheet, costing, budgeting). • Familiarity with retail/consumer goods business models and key performance indicators. • Ability to connect data governance to tangible business outcomes and risk mitigation. Other Attributes: • Meticulous and thorough, with a "trust but verify" approach to data. • Patient and persistent—data governance is a marathon, not a sprint. • Curious and continuously learning, staying current with data management best practices. • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
