职责描述: Project Management 1. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules 2. Lead project teams to achieve defined milestones and objectives. 3. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. 4. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders." Technical Oversight 1. Oversee the technical aspects of project system development, ensuring alignment with project requirements. 2. Coordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components of the brake system. 3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications in all technical deliverables." Customer Coordination 1. Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing communications and maintaining relationships. 3. Collaborate with customers to refine project requirements and ensure mutual understanding and agreement." Internal Collaboration 1. Work closely with internal function teams such as System Development, Software Development, EE Hardware Development, Mechanical Development, System Test and Mechanical Test. 2. Ensure clarity and documentation of project requirements, specifications, and changes. 3. Promote cross-functional teamwork to achieve project goals efficiently." Prototype Management 1. Develop detailed plans and schedules for prototype development, including resource allocation, timelines, and critical milestones. 2. Coordinate with design and PT teams to ensure alignment on prototype specifications and readiness. 3. Track use of prototype samples. 4. Gather feedback from internal teams and customers on prototype performance and functionality System Test Management 1. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the electro-mechanical system, including functional, performance, and durability tests. 2. Define test objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria to ensure thorough validation of the system. 3. Coordinate design and test team for test cases and test specification creation 4. Identify and procure the necessary test equipment, tools, and resources required for system testing. 5. Coordinate and oversee the execution of test activities, ensuring adherence to the test plan and schedule. 6. Monitor test progress and ensure that all tests are conducted in a safe and controlled environment. 7. Document and track any issues or defects identified during testing. 8. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and resolve issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively. 9. Prepare comprehensive test reports, summarizing test results, observations, and conclusions. 10. Communicate test findings to internal teams and external customers, providing actionable insights and recommendations." Quality and Compliance Management 1. Ensure project activities comply with relevant quality policies, regulations, and standards. 2. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish robust testing and validation processes. 3. Maintain accurate compliance documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project life cycle. Continuous Improvement 1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team. 2. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve project performance and outcomes. 3. Leverage lessons learned from previous projects to inform future initiatives." 任职资格: 1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at conveying complex information clearly. 5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project demands and priorities with flexibility and resilience. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions under pressure. 6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and process. 7. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 8. Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the automotive industry, particularly in electro-mechanical systems. 10. Demonstrated experience managing at least 1 electro-mechanical system base development project. 11. Demonstrated experience managing at least 2 electro-mechanical system C-OEM customer application projects." 13. Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
