Background: Danobat China is currently running in a temporary facility with limited equipment for manufacture machine tool in Songjiang, currently we plan to buy a land and build Owen facility in XIngzhuang, Shanghai Minhang. We are looking for a manager who can manger our production facility and EHS and support the new site Construction project Job Scope: Construction: 1. Project coordination and overall coordination: As the company's liaison window, fully responsible for communication and coordination with EPCM Company, government approval departments, and the European headquarters. 2. Approval, construction application and compliance management: Support and supervise EPCM Company, and jointly participate in the entire government approval process of the project from project initiation, environmental impact assessment, energy assessment, construction permit to final completion acceptance and acquisition of real estate ownership certificate, to ensure that the project is legal and compliant throughout. 3. Design and Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the headquarters and EPCM to confirm and implement technical solutions such as factory concept design, process layout, interior decoration, and mechanical and electrical systems (such as special temperature and humidity requirements, power load). 4. Bidding and Contract Management: Under the support of EPCM, coordinate and participate in the selection of suppliers, technical evaluation of bids and contract management for general contractors, key subcontractors and large-scale equipment procurement. 5. Progress, Cost and quality supervision: Regularly review project progress and budget reports, supervise construction quality and safety, and ensure that the project is delivered on time and with quality within the budget. 6. Acceptance and Handover Management: Organize and participate in the final acceptance of the factory, equipment and facilities, and ensure the complete handover of all drawings, manuals, warranty documents and other documents. Facility management and EHS management for Factory operation 1. Plant facility management: Responsible for the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and continuous improvement of all production equipment, auxiliary equipment and factory infrastructure to ensure they are always in good operating condition. 2. Special Equipment and Public System Management: Responsible for the legal inspection declaration and maintenance management of special equipment (such as cranes and pressure vessels). Comprehensively manage key public facilities such as energy supply (electricity and gas), water supply, sewage treatment, air conditioning and ventilation, and compressed air. 3. Responsible for safety production: As the designated person in charge of safety production by the company, establish and implement the company's EHS management system. This includes formulating safety regulations and rules, organizing training and emergency drills, managing PPE, and establishing and maintaining various safety and environmental protection ledgers. 4. Cooperate with government safety and environmental management departments, accept supervision, and ensure business compliance 5. Waste and Energy Management: Responsible for the compliance management of the classification, storage and disposal of industrial waste (such as cutting fluid, waste oil, metal shavings) and domestic garbage. Promote energy conservation and consumption reduction projects and manage the energy efficiency of factories. 6. Team and Budget Management: Manage and organize facility maintenance teams from both internal and external sources, prepare and control the department's annual operation and maintenance budget. Qualification 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical engineering, electrical automation or related engineering fields. 2. At least 8 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry, and must have experience in new factory construction projects. Have experience in managing factory facilities and equipment 3. English communication skills. 4. Be familiar with the approval process for engineering construction and EHS regulations. 5. Possess EHS management experience and hold the qualification of a registered safety engineer.
