- Responsibility: 1. Payment processing: Perform checking on outgoing & incoming payment to ensure all rules, control requirements and procedures with regard to domestic and cross border payments are adhered to and well maintained; 2. Prepare various internal reports such as statistics reports and etc; 3. Prepare relevant regulatory reports to ensure timeliness and correctness of reporting; 4. Register & trace the missing documents and confirmations; 5. To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on operation procedures; 6. Assess and implement new regulations to daily processes if applicable; 7. Review and update work instruction; 8. Back up other team members if necessary; 9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Recent graduate or 2-3 years working experience in banking industry 3. Good knowledge of banking regulation or product processing is a plus; 4. Proactive, problem solving oriented with good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure; 5. Good communication skills, team work spirit and customer service mindset; 6. Good English at spoken and written.
