- Key responsibilities 1. Ensure awareness and full compliance with bank’s internal policy and regulatory requirements. 2. Review CCRs and perform due diligence process; 3. Assist in CCR approval and closely work with Relationship Manager in facility structure from credit perspective and be alert to the market condition to safeguard the loan portfolio ; 4. Work with the lending team to manage and monitor the Post Approval process for all existing customers, including financial highlights, covenants compliance check, litigation issues check, risk rating review etc., provide suggestion on account strategy if applicable. 5. Keep abreast with market developments of the relevant industry sectors 6. Prepare timely stress tests wherever required 7. Ad-hoc credit reports, researches and other assignment. Requirements (experience/academic, etc.) 1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in economics, accounting or finance. 2. Above ten-year experience in credit analysis and credit risk management. 3. Good knowledge in China market 4. Good credit knowledge and capable to make sound credit judgment. 5. Good analytical skill. 6. Good interpersonal & communication skills. 7. Be accurate, methodical and organized. 8. Fluent in spoken and written English.
