- Be responsible for business origination and would work closely as a team with the Credit Analyst in deepening relationships and driving revenue growth. Overall responsible for post deal account maintenance and managing the risk associated with the portfolio. Key responsibilities： 1. Ensure awareness and full compliance with bank’s policy, local regulations and reporting requirements by various local regulatory authorities to embed Compliance Risk monitoring as an integral part of the business process. 2. Launching commercial banking business development align with Bridging Banking strategy. 3. Tapping deposits on corporate customers to achieve target; building up quality loan assets. 4. Grow new sustainable corporate business and manage existing including exiting corporate portfolio. 5. Identify business opportunity and exploring new products as per customer requirements. 6. Ensuring a healthy and balancing growth of lending and deposit to achieve LTD target. 7. Ensure there is no major surprise or loss arising from negligence; 8. Ensure tight monitoring over excesses, past dues, overdue reviews, etc; 9. Interact with the client, gather deal requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality analysis and due diligence. 10. Ensure the proper completion of KYC, account maintenance and transaction monitoring. 11. Other duties as assigned and ad-hoc. Requirements： 1. University bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or related disciplines. 2. At least 5 years working experience in international bank, with marketing, credit knowledge and relationship with large and medium sized companies. 3. Detail-oriented, with good analytical, interpersonal, communication and sales skills. 4. Possess personal qualities of independence, integrity and professionalism. 5. Self-motivated, hard-working, mobile for travel. 6. Fluency in spoken and written English are mandatory
