- Key Responsibilities 1. Ensure compliance of all internal and regulatory credit/other portfolio related policies. 2. Interact with the client, gather deal requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality analysis and due diligence. 3. Work with RM in structuring credit solutions for the clients and ensuring the appropriateness of the products. 4. Work with the RM in: a) Obtaining all pre-clearances like Concept Memo, etc. b) Liaise with customer and obtaining all credit related information. 5. C) Expediting approvals. 6. Assist RM to liaise with credit or group relationship manager on CCR and other credit issues and ensure quick turnaround on queries. 7. Assist RM to obtain the necessary customer info for the regular PAC conducted by CA and help interact with the client for the CA queries. 8. Remind RM’s credit review’s maturity date and prepare the annual review in advance to ensure no CCR overdue. 9. Work with RM to ensure the proper maintenance of credit files and ensuring audit readiness at any time. 10. Ensure timely identification of accounts to be put in EAR as per the bank’s policies and guidelines. 11. Assist RM for daily operation and customer services. 12. Ensure the proper completion of KYC, account maintenance and transaction monitoring. 13. Other duties as assigned and ad-hoc. Qualifications 1. University bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or related disciplines. 2. Prefer above 3-year working experience in international bank, with marketing, credit knowledge and relationship with large and medium sized companies. 3. Detail-oriented, with good analytical, interpersonal, communication and sales skills. 4. Possess personal qualities of independence, integrity and professionalism. 5. Fluency in spoken and written English are mandatory.
